| 摘 要： | 目的:观察人参花提取物对气虚血瘀症模型动物大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:采用强迫游泳法复制气虚血瘀证动物模型,乌拉坦腹腔注射麻醉,腹主动脉取血,离心,测定血清中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α水平(6-Keto-PGF1α)。结果:人参花提取物能够明显改善TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的活性、TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α的比值。结论:人参花提取物能改善病理状态下大鼠血液流变学指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Abstraction of Ginseng flowers on hemorheology in Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis model rats.Methods:The rats were peritoneally injected with Urethane to create Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model after treated with swimming and drugs for 14 days.Blood from abdominal aorta was taken to test the TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in serum.Results:Abstraction of Ginseng flowers could lower the content of TXB2 and raise the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α.Conclusion:Abstraction of Ginseng flowers can improve hemorheology in Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model rats. |
