综合疗法治疗急性心肌梗死疗效观察

目的:观察活血通络汤联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将83例心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组38例,对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组45例,在对照组的基础上予活血通络汤,2周为1个疗程。结果:对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为63.16%和86.67%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络汤联合西药治疗心肌梗死有良好疗效。

Observation on Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A randomized controlled study,the 83 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group,in which 38 patients received routine western medicine,the treatment group,in which based on the routine western medicine in control group 45 patients were given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.2 weeks was a treatment course,according to deficit scores and clinical symptoms more effective.Results:In control group and treatment group,effective rates were 63.16% and 86.67%,treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine has good effect on cerebral infarction.
