加味补中益气汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期生存质量的影响研究

目的:研究加味补中益气汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期生存质量的改善作用。方法:60例病情程度为Ⅱ级(中度)～Ⅲ级(重度)COPD稳定期患者随机分为中医组和西医对照组各30例。中医组予加味补中益气汤(组成:黄芪、甘草、红参、当归、川芎、橘皮、半夏、升麻、柴胡、茯苓、白术、桔梗、枳壳、杏仁、桃仁)口服,西医对照组予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入治疗,疗程2个月。测评治疗前后生存质量评分。结果:与本组治疗前比较,中医组生存质量总均分(TMS)、日常工作能力因子分(F1S)、社会活动状况因子分(F2S)、抑郁心理症状因子分(F3S)、焦虑心理症状因子分(F4S)均有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.001),西医对照组TMS、F1S、F4S有显著下降(P<0.001),但F2S、F3S无显著下降(P>0.05);治疗前后评分差值比较,中医组TMS、F1S、F3S、F4S明显高于西医组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),F2S差值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤能有效改善COPD稳定期患者生存质量。

Effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the Quality of Life in Patients with Stable Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:This study was aimde at observing the effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the quality of life(QOL)in patients with stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:60 patients with stable stage of COPD were divided into two groups at random.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)group(30 cases)was treated with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and the Western medicine matched group(30 cases)was treated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation.The course of the treatment was 2 months in both groups.60 cases in both groups were observed the QOL score before and after therapy respectively.Results:Significant decreases of the QOL score including TMS,F1S,F2S,F3S and F4S were found in the TCM group after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.001),the same changes of TMS,F1S and F4S were found in the Western medicine matched group(P<0.001),but there was no significant decreases of F2S and F3S(P>0.05).The differences of TMS,F1S,F3S and F4S before and after treatment in the TCM group were higher than those of the Western medicine matched group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference of F2S(P>0.05).Conclusion:The QOL in patients with stable stage of COPD can be improved effectively by taking Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.
