健脾益气 宣肺化痰中药对慢性呼吸衰竭机械通气患者脱机成功率影响的临床观察

目的:观察在西医治疗基础上加用健脾益气,宣肺化痰中药对慢性呼吸衰竭机械通气患者脱机成功率的影响,为制定中西医结合治疗方案奠定基础。方法:对照组32例患者采用西医常规治疗,治疗组31例患者在对照组的基础上加用健脾益气,宣肺化痰中药。观察治疗前、第7、14、21天的C反应蛋白、白蛋白、浅快呼吸指数、脱机成功率。结果:中西医结合治疗明显降低患者的炎症反应,改善患者的营养状态,提高患者的脱机成功率(均P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气,宣肺化痰中药具有明显的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Strengthening Spleen and Replenishing Qi,Dispersing Lung Qi and Dissipating Phlegm on the Success Ratio of Weaning of Mechanical Ventilation of Chronic Respiratory Failure Patient during Mechanical Ve

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on treating chronic respiratory failure patient during mechanical ventilation with western medicine routing treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi,dispersing lung Qi and dissipating phlegm.Also to lay a foundation for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of it.Methods:Thirty-two cases of Control Group received western medicine routine treatment,while thirty-one cases of Treatment Group received both western medicine routine treatment and differentiation which was given traditional Chinese medicine of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi,dispersing lung Qi and dissipating phlegm.Such values as c-reactive protein(CRP),plasma albumin,Index of Rapid Shallow Breathing(RVR) and success ratio of weaning of mechanical ventilation were compared before therapy,on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day after therapy.Results:Treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment obviously decreased reaction of inflammation and improved the nourishment condition and the success ratio of weaning of mechanical ventilation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi,dispersing lung Qi and dissipating phlegm was quite effective in treating weaning difficult patient of mechanical ventilation.
