| 摘 要： | 目的:筛选黄芪总黄酮的最佳回流提取温度。方法:以芦丁的收率为指标,采用平行试验法对黄芪总黄酮提取温度进行优选。结果:乙醇回流提取黄芪总黄酮的最佳温度为80℃。结论:该提取温度符合大生产的要求,可为黄芪总黄酮的提取工艺研究提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:Select the optimal temperature for reflux extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali by ethanol.Methods:The Rutin extract yield was as indicators,total flavonoids extraction temperature condition was optimized by parallel test method.Results:The optimal reflux extraction temperature of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali by ethanol was 80℃.Conclusion:The extraction temperature was in compliance with the requirements of production,and it could provide a scientific basis for the extraction process study of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali. |
