大抒穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

目的 :观察大抒穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将86例符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准,在大抒穴有条索物且明显压痛的患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组43例(采用电温针局部穴位配合大抒穴),对照组43例(采用电针局部穴位)。结果:治疗后治疗组止痛效果、病情严重性指数的变化均优于对照组治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床治愈22例,对照组临床治愈16例,两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电温针局部穴位配合大抒穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效优于电针局部穴位。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Dazhu Point Treating Osteoarthritis of Knees

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Dazhu point treating osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:86 cases met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis,who had the cable material around the Dazhu point and marked tenderness were randomly divided into treatment group,in which 43 cases used the local electric warming needle acupuncture points with Dazhu point)and control group,in which 43 cases were treated with local acupoint(EA).Results:After treatment,the analgesic effect and the severity index changes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 22 cases cured in the treatment group,16 cases cured in the control group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the treatment of the local electrical warming needling with Dazhu point on osteoarthritis of the knee is better than the EA.
