从“脾肾两虚”论治少弱精子症58例

目的:观察健脾益肾法(续断种子方)治疗少弱精子症的疗效。方法:120例患者按简单数字随机分为两组,分别用续断种子方作为治疗组60例和黄精赞育胶囊作为对照组60例治疗,疗程均为3个月进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.9%(51/58例),女方妊娠6例;对照组总有效率为78.8%(45/57例),女方妊娠3例,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组精子浓度、a+b级精子和精子活率治疗后提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:续断种子方能提高少弱精子症的临床疗效。

Treatment Determination of Oligospermia and Asthenospermia Based on Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

Objective:To study the effect of invigorating spleen and kidney therapy(Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction)on treating oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods:The study was conducted in 120 patients.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group(n=58)and control group(n=57).Two groups were treated for one course all.In treatment group,the therapy was given Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction in 3 months per period;in control group,basic therapy was given Huangjing Zanyu Capsules in the same way as in treatment group.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.9%,which was significantly higher than that(78.8%)in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was treated for one course and showed an significant difference on the levels of characteristic parameters of sperm including sperm concentration,motility,morphology and fertilization rates.Conclusion:Application of Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction on treating oligospermia and asthenospermia.will promote sperm quality.
