| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桃核承气汤治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,对照组34例采用脱水剂、促脑细胞代谢药物、营养脑细胞药物,必要时应用镇静药物;治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上加用桃核承气汤。结果:治愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为36.11%%、94.44%,对照组分别为14.71%、64.71%,两组治愈率、总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论桃核承气汤治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍可提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of mental disorders due to brain damage.Methods:Patients with mental disorders due to brain damage were divided into two groups.Among them 34 patients were treated by conventional medication as a control group,while combination of conventional medication and Taohe Chengqi Decoction were used in 36 patients as a treatment group.Results:The efficiency of Taohe Chengqi Decoction group(94.44%)was higher than that of control group(64.71%).The cure rate of Taohe Chengqi Decoction group(36.11%)was higher than that of control group(14.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohe Chengqi Decoction can increase the effectiveness in the treatment of mental disorders due to brain damage. |
