| 摘 要： | 目的:了解蛞蝓提取物对人肺癌细胞A549的抑制作用及对细胞形态学的影响。方法:用MTT法测定蛞蝓提取物对A54 9细胞的增殖抑制率,并观察其形态学变化。结果:蛞蝓提取物能抑制A549细胞的增殖,抑制率为11.1%～66.51%;镜下可见肺癌细胞呈变小、变少、破碎裂解等变化。结论:蛞蝓提取物对人肺癌A549细胞有显著的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the inhibitory effects of land slug extractive on A549 cell and the effect on cell morphology.Methods:MTT method was used to detect inhibition ratio to A549 cell and the morphological changes were observed by electron microscopy.Results:Land slug extractive could inhibit the proliferation of A549 cell,the suppression ratio was 11.1%~66.51%.It showed lung cancer cell diminishing,tailing off and schizolysis.Conclusion:Land slug extractive possesses the obvious effects on A549 cell. |
