| 摘 要： | 缺血性中风的病位在与肾密切相关的"脑髓血脉",病机为气血髓海空虚,痰浊淤血阻塞脉道。采用益髓通窍的针刺治疗,既能体现出目前现代医学溶栓和神经保护的治疗作用,又能体现出针刺作为天然疗法的优势,和具有双向调节作用的优势。从肾脑相关角度探讨益髓通窍的针刺在中风治疗中的作用,对提高临床疗效,解决中风目前治疗的困惑,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The onset of the ischemic stroke was due to the deficiency of Qi,blood and essence in the Sui Sea(including brain and spine);and the excess of Qi,blood and phlegm in the brain and channel.Yisui Tongqiao acupuncture can show the action of nourishing kidney and strengthening the spine,on the other hand show the action of thrombolysis and neuroprotection.So Yisui Tongqiao acupuncture will bring valuable signification to the Ischemic Stroke about scientific research and clinical treatment. |
