中药内服配合中药熏蒸治疗寻常型痤疮的临床观察

目的:观察中药内服配合自拟中药复方熏蒸治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(42例),对照组(38例),两组均内服清热解毒,凉血活血中药。另外,治疗组另予中药复方熏蒸治疗,对照组予阿达帕凝外用治疗,观察两组治疗前后的皮损、症状变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为83.33%,对照组为63.16%,两组治疗后总有效率和复发率比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合中药熏蒸治疗寻常型痤疮疗效肯定,副作用小。

Clinical Observation On Treating Acne Vulgaris by Internal Administration of Herbal Decoction and Suffocating with TCM Drugs

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acne vulgaris treated by internal administration of herbal decoction and suffocating with self-prescribed TCM drugs.Methods:80 cages of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the observation group of 42 cases and control group of 38 cases In observation group,the cases were treated with Chinese medicine and modified suffocating with self-prescribed TCM drugs.In control group,the cases were treated with the same Chinese medicine combined with Adapalene gel used topically.The efficacy on skin lesion reducing.Results:The clinical efective rate of observation group was 83.33%,compared with the clinical efective rate of contract group was 63.16%,it has obvious afection,And the reoccurrence rate of two groups after receiving treatment have distinguished diference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal administration of herbal decoction and suffocating with TCM drugs has prominence efect.Noadve se reaction were observed.It’s available and low cost.
