| 摘 要： | 文章提出了"毒瘀交阻"是胃癌前病变(PLGC)发生癌变的核心病机,气阴两虚是产生"毒瘀交阻"的体虚条件的学说。并论述了湿热蕴胃与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性,湿热毒邪滞气凝络是产生毒瘀交阻的病理结局,以及通过临床研究验证了解毒化瘀兼益气养阴法能有效阻止PLGC癌变。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the combination of toxin and blood stasis is the core pathogenesis that makes precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC) cancerous,and asthenia of both Qi and Yin is cause of toxin and blood stasis.And it discusses the relationship between damp-heat retention in the stomach and Helicobacter pylori infection,damp-heat pathogen blocking Qi and meridian is the pathological outcome that causes combination of toxin and blood stasis,and verifies that methods of eliminating toxin,resolving blood stasis,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin can effectively prevent PLGC cancerous by clinical studies. |
