中药配合非药物疗法治疗老年功能性便秘临床观察

目的:观察并探讨中药辨证治疗+非药物疗法(结肠水疗)治疗老年功能性便秘(气血阴虚证)的临床价值和疗效。方法:采用单盲、随机、平行、对照试验研究方法,依据纳入、排除标准选择患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组采用中药辨证治疗+非药物疗法治疗;对照组采用聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗,两组均治疗、观察4周,于治疗后3月、1年、3年各随访一次;对两组总有效率,短、长期疗效等指标进行比较。结果:两组病例的各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:实验所采用疗法为中、西疗法结合,药物与非药物疗法结合,标本兼治,疗效确切、稳定,长期疗效好,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Treating Senile Functional Constipation by TCM Drugs and Non-Drug Therapy

Objective:To observe the value and efficacy of treating senile functional constipation(syndrome of Yin deficiency of qi and blood) by TCM drugs and colon hydrotherapy.Methods:110 cases with the same type of patients were randomly divided into two groups by research methods of a single-blind,randomized,parallel-controlled.TCM drugs and non-drug therapy were used in treatment group;polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder in control group,both groups were treated and observed in 4 weeks,follow-up in 3 months,1 year and 3 years after the treatment.Two groups total effective,the short term efficacy and long-term curative effect were compared.Results:The differences of each date between the two sets of cases were statistically significant(P<0.05),treated groups were significantly better than control groups.Conclusion:TCM drugs and non-drug therapy in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation have the exact effect,and long-term curative effect is good and fewer side effects.This technique is worthy of clinical application.
