高血压病血瘀证患者血清对血管内皮细胞TLR4mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察高血压病血瘀证患者血清对TLR-NF-κB信号转导通路关键因子TLR4的影响,探讨高血压病血瘀证的病理实质。方法:将培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞株(HUVEC-C)分别用10%的健康组、高血压病血瘀证组、高血压病非血瘀证组血清干预24h,实时荧光定量(PCR)法检测TLR4 mRNA表达。结果:血清作用24h后,高血压病血瘀证组TLR4 mRNA的表达较高血压病非血瘀证组、健康组增高(P<0.01)。结论:TLR-NF-κB信号途径介导的炎症反应和免疫紊乱可能是高血压血瘀证的病理实质。

Abstract:Objective:The research was to observe the TLR-NF-κB signal pathway,to investigate the influencing mechanisms in the development of hypertension of blood stasis syndrome(BSS).Methods:The human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC-Cs)were intervened by 10% serum respectively of the hypertension patients of BSS,the hypertension patients of non-blood stasis syndrome(NBSS)and the healthy human for 24h,the TLR4 mRNA expression in HUVEC-Cs was detected by real time PCR.Results:After the serum acted on the HUVEC-Cs for 24h,the HUVEC-Cs TLR4 mRNA expression was increased according to the order of the normal control group,the non-blood stasis syndrome control group,the blood stasis syndrome control group,there was a significant difference.Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction and immunity disorder initiated by TLR-NF-κB signal pathway is one of the influencing mechanisms in the development of hypertension of BSS.
