| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方儿茶止泻霜对腹泻大鼠小肠AQP1表达的影响。方法:免疫组化法比较腹泻模型组(DM)、正常对照组(NC)及低(L)、高(H)剂量药物治疗组、阳性对照药物治疗组(PC)的AQP1表达。结果:DM组AQP1表达低于L组、PC组和H组,L组AQP1表达低于H组和PC(P<0.01),但H组和PC与NC组间无明显差异(P>0.01)。结论:复方儿茶止泻霜上调腹泻大鼠小肠AQP1表达。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Catechu Anti-diarrhea Ointment on the expression of aquaporin-1(AQP1)of intestinal mucosa of diarrhea rat models.Methods:All the rats were randomly assigned into 5 groups including diarrhea model(DM)group,low dose-(L),and high dose-(H)Water Extraction Solution of Compound Catechu group,positive control drug(PC)group,and normal control(NC)group.The expression of AQP1 protein of small intestine of different groups was determined by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression of AQP1 of DM group was significantly lower than that of L groups,H groups and PC group respectively(P<0.01),and the expression of AQP1 of L groups was significantly lower than that of PC group and H group(P<0.01),while there was no difference in NC groups,PC group and H group(P>0.01).Conclusion:Compound Catechu Anti-diarrhea Ointment promoted the expression of AQP1 in intestinal mucosa of diarrhea rat models. |
