2056例冬病夏治穴位敷贴临床安全性观察

目的:观察冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗肺系疾病临床应用的安全性。方法:观察江苏省中医院呼吸科门诊2011年三伏期间所有冬病夏治患者共2056例敷贴后出现的不良反应事件。结果:不良反应发生率为0.15%,经对症处理后均治愈,且无后遗症。结论:穴位敷贴在严格掌握纳入标准,按照规范的流程操作,遵从注意事项的情况下,具有较高的安全性。

Clinical Observation of the Security in 2056 Cases of Sticking Therapy Treating Winter Diseases in Summer

Objective:To observe the security of acupoint sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer for treating the lung disease.Methods:Studying the side-effect in 2056 cases of sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer,all cases were from the lung section out-patient services of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM in dog days at 2011.Results:The rate of side-effect of acupoint sticking therapy was 0.15%,all side-effect cases can be cured by treatment and had no sequela.Conclusion:The acupoint sticking therapy has higher safety when operated at strict standard according to the normal process,following the announcements.
