中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效的荟萃分析

目的:比较中医药与5-氨基水杨酸制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效的差异。方法:应用Meta分析方法的固定效应模型,对国内2006—2010年采用中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎,并以西药对照治疗UC作对照的研究文献进行定量合并分析。结果:中药治疗组与对照组临床有效率进行分析后表明,在临床疗效方面,中药治疗组375例患者中347例临床治疗有效,对照组,364例患者中287例临床治疗有效,合并后的RR值为1.17,95%CI为(1.10,1.25),统计学显著性检验Z=5.17,P<0.00001,中药制剂组与西药组的临床疗效差异有显著性。结论:目前掌握的资料支持中药治疗在溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效方面优于西药对照组。

Meta-Analysis on Clinical Therapeutic Effects of TCM on Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To compare clinical therapeutic effects of simple TCM and 5-ASA on ulcerative colitis.Methods:Fixed effect model of Meta-analysis was used for quantitatively combined analysis on research literature about simple TCM treatment of ulcerative colitis with controlled study of western medicine from 2006—2010 in China.Results:of 375 cases in the simple TCM treatment group,347 cases were clinically effective,and among 364 cases in the western medicine control group,287 cases were clinically effective.The stable rate total RR(Relative risk)=1.17,95%CI was(1.10,1.25) in the simple TCM treatment group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Present data support that clinical therapeutic effect of simple TCM treatment program on ulcerative colitis is supperior to that of simple western medicine treatment program.
