| 摘 要： | 代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础,糖和脂类等代谢异常引发的一组临床症候群。认为脾和代谢综合征症候群有着密切的关系,并在其病机和治疗上起着独特的作用,提出脾虚失运,痰湿内蕴是代谢综合征的病机关键,应当重视从脾论治代谢综合征。

| Abstract: | Metabolic syndrome(MS)is the clinical syndrome featured as insulin resistance and abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipid.We believe the spleen in Chinese Medicine sense has a strong connection with MS and also has special treating effects on it.Therefore,the treatment of MS focusing on spleen is proposed,which deem the failure of transportation due to the spleen deficiency with internal accumulation of phlegm-damp as the key pathomechanism to prevent and treat MS. |
