温胆汤加减治疗更年期综合征临床疗效观察

目的:观察温胆汤治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,均为痰热内阻而导致的更年期综合征患者,用清热化痰,和中安神方法,选用温胆汤治疗;对照组40例,给予更年康治疗;均以10天为1疗程。3疗程后观察两组更年期综合征症状改善的情况。结果:更年期综合征改善总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:用温胆汤加减治疗更年期综合征取得显著疗效。

Clinical Observation on Modified Wendan Decoction in Treating Climacteric Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:80 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by Wendan Decoction and control group in which 40 cases were treated by diazepam tablet.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5% for the treatment group and 77.5% for the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The conclusions shows that Modified Wendan Decoction has significant effect on treating climacteric syndrome.
