不同针灸方法治疗急性期带状疱疹止痛效应与患者满意度的相关分析

目的:观察不同针灸方法治疗急性期带状疱疹患者的止痛效应,并分析患者满意度与止痛效应的关系。方法:采用中心随机、时照的方法,将101例带状疱疹急性期患者随机分为4组,最后符合方案94例,其中A组27例,予电针治疗;B组23例,予电针+铺棉灸治疗;C组24例,予电针+火针治疗;D组20例,予电针+叩刺拔罐治疗。每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程。观察患者VAS评分、疼痛缓解程度、疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间等疼痛评价指标与患者满意度,并分析之间的相互关系。结果:治疗后各组的VAS评分、疼痛缓解程度差别有统计学意义。各组的VAS评分治疗前后差值、疼痛持续时间、疼痛缓解时间差别无统计学意义。患者满意度与治疗后的VAS评分、治疗前后VAS评分差值、疼痛持续时间、疼痛缓解时间、疼痛缓解程度均没有显著的相关性。结论:不同针灸方法治疗急性期带状疱疹患者满意度与不同针灸方法的止痛效应没有显著的相关性。

Correlative Analysis on Analgesic Effect and Patient Satisfaction of Different Acupuncture Methods for Acute Herpes Zoster

Objective:To observe the relationship of analgesic effect and patient satisfaction among different methods of acupuncture treatment of acute herpes zoster.Methods:Center randomized controlled,according to the method,101 cases of acute herpes zoster patients were divided into 4 groups randomly,and 94 cases fit the inclusion criteria finally,27 cases in group A which received electro-acupuncture therapy;23 cases in B group received electro-acupuncture and cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy;24 cases in C group received electro-acupuncture and fire needle therapy;20 cases in D group received electro-acupuncture and cupping for treatment.All patients received 10 days for 1 course treatment.The pain intensity,pain relief,pain relief starting time,duration of pain,other pain evaluation and patient satisfaction were observed and the relationship among them was analyzed.Results:The result had statistical significance after treatment of groups of pain intensity(VAS score),degree of pain relief.The VAS scores before and after treatment,duration of pain and pain relief time of each group had no statistics difference.Patient satisfaction and pain intensity after treatment,VAS score difference before and after treatment,duration of pain,pain relief time,and degree of pain relief had no significant correlation.Conclusion:There is no significant correlation of analgesic effect among different methods of acupuncture treatment of acute herpes zoster and patients′ satisfaction.
