摘    要:目的:观察温和灸对慢性高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂蛋白代谢酶的影响,探讨艾灸可能的调脂机制。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养造模方法制备慢性高脂血症模型。将48只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组、药物组,药物组以洛伐他汀混悬液灌胃,治疗结束后取大鼠血清,测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)含量及脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)、肝酯酶(HL)活性。结果:①与正常组相比,模型组TC、TG、LDL-c明显升高,HDL-c显著降低,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,艾灸组、药物组均具有降低TC、TG、LDL-c,升高HDL-c的效应(P<0.01);②与正常组比较,模型组LPL活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HL活性有下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);与模型组相比,艾灸组LPL、HL活性明显高于模型组(P<0.05),药物组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸发挥调节血脂组分代谢的作用,可能与调控LPL和HL的活性有关。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of moxibustion by observing mild moxibustion on chronic hyperlipidemia serum lipids and lipoprotein metabolic enzymes.Methods:high fat diet was prepared bringing about chronic hyperlipidemia model.The 48 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,moxibustion group,drug group,drug group were fed with lovastatin suspension.After treatment,fresh serum was measured cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-c),high density lipoprotein(HDL-c) levels and lipoprotein lipase(LPL),hepatic lipase(HL) activity.Results:① Compared with normal group,model group,TC、TG、LDL-c were significantly higher,HDL-c significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with model group,moxibustion group、drug group all had lower TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c increased(P<0.01);②Compared with normal group,model group LPL activity was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),HL activity decreased,but no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),Compared with model group,moxibustion group of LPL,HL activity was significantly higher than model group(P<0.05),drug group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:
