| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨康心汤对维生素D缺乏小鼠心脏的保护作用。方法:运用干扰维生素D合成的两个途径(避光及饮食),观察正常组、模型组、康心汤治疗组维生素D、肾素、心脏结构变化。结果:康心汤治疗组能改善维生素D缺乏模型心脏结构。结论:康心汤对维生素D缺乏模型心脏具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Kangxin Decoction on mice heart with vitamin D deficiency.Methods:The interference of the two pathways of vitamin D synthesis(light and diet)was used and the serum vitamin D,renin and changes of cardiac structure in normal group,model group and Kangxin Decoction group were observed.Results:Kangxin Decoction can improve the cardiac structure of the vitamin D deficiency model.Conclusion:Kangxin Decoction has protective effecton on heart of vitamin D deficiency model. |
