| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以甲肿一号方(已获国家发明专利)外敷及内服中药联合治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves病)的疗效观察。方法:将80例Graves病患者分为治疗组(联合治疗)40例及对照组(单用西药)40例观察,比较治疗前后临床症状、甲状腺功能及不良反应和副作用的发生比率。结果:治疗3个月后治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且不良反应及副作用的发生明显少于对照组。结论:甲肿一号方外敷及内服中药联合治疗Graves病疗效确切,且优于单纯西药组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Graves disease treated by goiter No.1 formula(national patent)and herbal decoction.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(goiter No.1 formula and herbal decoction)including 53 patients and control group(western medicine)including 27 patients.Then the symptoms,thyroid function and reaction were compared between two groups.Results:Conclusion:The curative effect of Graves disease treated by goiter No.1 formula(national patent)and herbal decoction is definite and more effective. |
