摘    要:目的:测定海藻中无机元素含量,为分析其药效作用提供数据。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术测定海藻无机元素,聚类分析法进行判别分析。结果:海藻中无机元素含量差别较大,K、Na、Ca、Mg等无机离子含量较高,Ta等离子含量最低,主要无机元素含量聚类时可分为9类。结论:海藻中含有丰富的无机元素,实验结果可为海藻药效深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of trace elements in Marine Alga and discuss the relations between content of the trace elements and efficacy of the medicine.Methods:The content of the trace elements was determined by microwave-digestion and ICP-MS.Cluster analysis was applied to study the correlation between trace elements in Marine Alga.Results:The content of K was the highest and the lowest was Ta.The results of cluster analysis can interprete the correlation of these trace elements simply.Conclusion:This study can be considered as a base work for the further research on the relations between trace elements and the effect of Marine Alga.
