异维A酸胶丸联合克拉霉素治疗重度痤疮50例疗效分析

目的观察克拉霉素对重度痤疮的治疗作用,以及在联合疗法中的优势作用。方法治疗组50例,异维A酸胶丸10 mg,2次/d,口服,30 d后,2次/d改为10 mg,1次/d,口服克拉霉素缓释片0.5,1次/d,口服,20 d后,改为0.5,1次/d,口服,总疗程3个月;对照组50例,异维A酸胶丸10 mg,2次/d,口服,总疗程3个月。结果治疗组35例痊愈,痊愈率70%,显效14例,显效率28%,总有效率98%。与对照组相比有显著差异性。结论异维A酸胶丸联合克拉霉素治疗重度痤疮疗效快、作用强、副作用小,依从性好。

Clinical Analysis of Isotretinoin Soft Capsules Combined with Clarithromycin on the Treatment of Severe Acne with 50 Cases Report

Objective To study the curative effect of clarithromycin on severe acne and the advantages of it in combination therapy.Methods 100 cases of such patients were observed.All cases were divied into treatment group and control group randomly.Each group is 50 patients.In treatment group,the patients were treated with isotretinoin soft capsules,which doses were 10 mg Bid po 30 days and then 10 mg qd po,and Clarithromycin sustained-release tablets,which doses were 0.5 qd po 20 days and then 0.5 qd po.The period of treatment is 3 months.Results In treatment group,35 cases were cured and the cure rate was 70%.14 cases were excellence and the obvious effective rate was 28%.The total effective rate was 98%.There was significant different between two group.Conclusions Isotretinoin soft capsules combined with clarithromycin might have rapid and great effect,little side effects and good compliance in severe acne treatment.
