| 摘 要： | 23例正常人经食道心房调搏。心率由基础心率始逐渐递增至140次,连续观察脉冲多普勒肺动脉血流频谱的变化。结果显示正常人的肺动脉血流频谱受心率的影响很大,血流加速时间(ACT)作为估测肺动脉压的指标时必须考虑心率的影响。ACT与心率的回归方程为Y=198-0.83x。

| Abstract: | Transesophageal atrial pacing and Doppler echocardiography were performed in 23 normal persons successively. Changes of the heart rate may play an important role on ACT as evidenced by the fact that ACT appeared to be decreased when the heart rate increased. Thus, in clinical evaluation of the. pulmonary hypertension, Doppler data of pulmonary blood flow should be carefully interpreted. |
