北京市火车站流动人口禽流感知识态度的调查

目的]了解北京市火车站流动人口对禽流感的知识态度。方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法，对北京市2个火车站流动人口进行了面对面访谈。结果]有57．08％的火车站流动人口知道政府公布了我国有人得了禽流感；电视和报纸是禽流感知识的主要传播途径；不同学历的流动人口认知得分皆不同（P〈0．05），学历越高认知得分越高；事业单位的流动人口比其他职业有较高的认知得分（P〈0．05）；73．11％的流动人口认为政府公布的禽流感信息是真实的，70．59％认为是及时的，71．43％不担心自己得禽流感。结论]北京市火车站流动人口对禽流感有一定的认知水平，信息的公开有利于减少民众对禽流感的恐慌，有利于预防控制禽流感的发生和发展。

Investigation on the Knowledge and Attitude to the Avian Influenza of Nomadic Population in Railway Station of Beijing City

Objective]To understand the knowledge and attitude to the avian influenza of nomadic population in railway station of Beijing city.Methods]Stratified Random Sampling was adopted to interview on two railway stations.Results]57.08% nomadic population of railway station knowed someone had gotten the avian influenza in our country that government announced.Televisions and newspapers were main routes of transmission of avian influenza knowledge.Different educational backgrounds of nomadic population had different recognition scores(P<0.05) and the more level,the more scores.The nomadic population of enterprose had more scores than the other occupations' people(P<0.05). 73.11% nomadic population believed the informations the government announced were true and 70.59% believed those were in time.71.43% nomadic population didn't worry about getting the avian influenza.Conclusion]The nomadic population in railway station of Beijing city had the unvarying level about the avian influenza.The informations' opening was in favour of reducing the avian influenza's panics of the populace and preventing and controlling the occurrence and development of avian influenza.
