常压氧与高压氧联合疗法治疗重型颅脑损伤的作用

目的探讨有并发症的重型颅脑损伤病人的合理氧疗方案,以提高治愈率和有效率。方法87例有高压氧治疗禁忌证的重型颅脑损伤病人分为两组,分别采用早期常压下面罩或呼吸活瓣吸纯氧(常压氧疗法)+高压氧的联合疗法和高压氧疗法两种方案治疗。结果常压氧+高压氧治疗组有效率、治愈率均高于高压氧组,其中治愈率差别具有显著意义(P<0.05);常压氧+高压氧组开始治疗的时间明显早于高压氧组,治疗开始的早晚与疗效直接相关,越早治疗治愈率越高。结论尽早合理应用常压氧+高压氧联合疗法,不失为促进伤后脑组织功能恢复、降低残死率和提高生存质量的有力措施之一。

Application of combination of normobaric and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To explore the oxygen therapy regime in severe craniocerebral injury patients so as to raise the healing rate a nd efficacy rate.Methods Eighty-seven sessions of craniocerebral injury patients with various a bstinences for hyperbaric oxygen th erapy were divided into two groups.One of the group(57sessions,group A)was treated with an early normobaric pure oxygen inhilation with face mask(normobaric oxygen therapy)followed by a hyperbaric oxygen therapy after the abstinences vanished a nd the other group(30sessions,group B)with merely a hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Efficacy rates as well as healin g rates were compared between the two groups.Results Both efficacy rate and healing rate were h igher in group A when compared with group B with the healing rate significant difference(P<0.05).Beginning of the treatment in group A was much earlier than in group B and th e earlier the oxygen therapy began,t he higher the healing rate.Conclusion A resonable application of normobaric and hyperbaric oxygen therapies a s early as possible was an effective measurement for accelerating the recovery of brain f unction,lowering the disablement r ate and mortality rate and raise the s urvival quality in servere cranio-cerebral injuries.
