摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)与微血管密度(microvascular density,MVD)在良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)中的表达情况及其在BPH血管生成中的作用。方法:应用VEGF、MVD的免疫组化S—P染色法分析23例BPH中VEGF及MVD的表达情况。结果:中央区VEGF表达阳性率为54.35%,周边区VEGF表达阳性率为13.48%,二者差别有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);BPH中央区平均MVD值为(20.39±6.45),周边区平均MVD值为(7.45±4.34),二者差别有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);BPH中VEGF表达强度与MVD值之间呈正相关(r=0.8634,P〈0.05)。结论:VEGF是促进BPH内血管生成的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and microvascular density in benign prostatic hyperplasia, as well as the effects on the angiogenesis of BPH. Metheds:Immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and microvascular density in twenty-three cases of BPH. Results:The positive rates of VEGF in the center part and circumjacent part of BPH were 54.35% and 13.48% respectively, and it showed a significant difference(P〈0.01). The average MVD values in the center part and circumjacent part of BPH were(20.39±6.45)and(7.45±4.34)respectively, and it also showed a significant difference(P〈0.01). There was a correlation between VEGF expression and MVD value(r=0.863 4, P〈0.05)o Conclusion :VEGF is a key factor in promoting the BPH angiogenesis.
