降脂汤联合硫普罗宁治疗酒精性肝病58例观察

目的 观察自拟降脂汤联合硫普罗宁治疗酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法 将100例住院患者随机分为治疗组58例，对照组42例，两组患者均采用西医常规治疗，治疗 组加用自拟降脂汤口服。观察两组患者的肝功能及血脂变化。结果 经治疗后两组患者的肝功能各项指标及血脂各项指标（血清总胆固醇除外）间差别有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者疗效间差别有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 降脂汤联合硫普罗宁治疗较单纯西医治疗能更有效地改善患者的肝功能及血脂状况。

Alcoholic Liver Disease Treated with Decoction for Lowering Lipid plus Tiopronine: A Clinical Observation of 58 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-composed decoction for lowering lipid combined with Tiopronine in treating alcohol liver disease.Methods Totally 100 in-patients were randomly divided as trial group (n=58) and control group (n=42).The patients in two groups were given conventional treatment with Western medicine,and those in the trial group were received additional oral decoction for lowering lipid.The changes of liver function and blood lipid were observed.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in various indexes of liver function and blood lipid (except for serum total cholesterol) between the two groups (P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in effect between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The decoction for lowering blood lipid plus Tiopronine are more effective than simple Western medicine in improving liver function and blood lipid.
