| 摘 要： | 目的探讨如何提高病案首页填写质量，从而更充分地体现病案信息利用价值。方法对住院病案质量检查工作总结、分析，结合《病案首页填写要求》，对出现的常见问题、影响因素、应对措施进行探讨与分析。结果归纳出病案首页填写的常见问题，总结出影响病案首页填写质量的因素和提高病案首页填写质量的具体措施。结论通过医院管理部门、病案管理人员和临床医师的共同努力，病案首页填写质量一定可以在现有基础上得到更大的提高，更好地体现病案信息的利用价值。
