| 摘 要： | 本文分析我院手术治疗的胆囊息肉样病变35例病理诊断结果,其中胆固醇性息肉25例,乳头状腺瘤3例,单纯性腺瘤2例,上皮乳头样增生1例、上皮腺瘤样增生1例,粘膜腺瘤局限性癌变1例,慢性胆囊炎2例,超声与病理诊断符合率为94.3%。探讨了不同类型胆囊息肉样病变的声像图特征。

| Abstract: | Thirty-five Patients with polypoid lesions of the gallbladdler(PLG) were operated on the central hospital of Baoshan and were analyzed. The pathological diagnosis results wrer following:Twenty -five cases were cholesterol polyp ;Three cases mamillary adenoma ;Two cases single adenoma ;One case epithelial mamillary hyperplasia ;One case epithelial adenoma hyperplasia;One case local canceration of mucous adenoma ;Two cases chronic cholecytitis. Accurate rates of ultrasonography were 94. 3% among pathological diagnoses. The ultrasonogram characterisrtics for different polypoid lesions of the gallbladdler were discussed. |
