胶原贴敷料联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗面部过敏性皮肤病65例临床观察

目的观察胶原贴敷料联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗面部过敏性皮肤病的疗效。方法观察组和对照组均口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5mg,1次/d,同时外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,2次/d,连用10天;此外观察组每天用胶原贴敷料敷面1次,连用10天,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组治愈率为68.33%,有效率为80.00%;对照组分别为38.33%和53.33%,两组治愈率与有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论胶原贴敷料作为面部过敏性皮肤病的辅助疗法,效果明确,值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Collagen Dressing Combined with Hydrocorfisone Butyrate Cream in the Treatment of 65 Cases of Facical Allergic Dermatitis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of collagen dressing combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in treating patients with facial allergic dermatitis.Methods The patients were treated with oral levo-cetirizine hydrochloride tablets(5mg/day) and topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream(2 times/day) with the collagen dressing(1 time/night).The patients treated with only levo-cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and hydrocortisone butyrate cream were taken as control.Both two groups were treated for 10 days.Results The curative ratio of the observation group was 68.33% and the control group was 38.33%;The total effective rats of the observation group was 80.00% and the control group was 53.33%.The difference between these two groups in the total effective and recovery ratios had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Collagen dressing is an effective moist dressing in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis.
