推拿结合中药离子导入治疗冈上肌肌腱炎66例疗效观察

目的：观察推拿结合中药离子导入治疗冈上肌肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法：将66例冈上肌肌腱炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予推拿结合中药离子导入法治疗，对照组仅给予推拿治疗，6d为一个疗程，两个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96．97％，对照组总有效率78．79％，两组总有效率经X2检验（P〈O．01），差异有统计学意义。结论：推拿结合中药离子导入治疗冈上肌肌腱炎疗效优于单纯推拿组。
