手背尺侧皮瓣显微外科解剖学

应用30例成人上肢标本,对手背尺侧皮瓣的动脉、静脉及神经进行了研究。主要结果:①手背尺侧皮瓣的动脉主要来源于尺动脉腕背支(93.33%),骨间前动脉腕背支(3.33%)及其他动脉等。这些动脉的分支互相吻合成网,分布于整个皮瓣。尺动脉腕背支、骨间前动脉腕背支起端外径分别为1.39mm和1.25mm。②手背尺侧皮瓣的静脉,主要是贵要静脉及其属支。贵要静脉在尺骨茎突高度的外径为2.14mm。③手背尺侧皮瓣的神经是尺神经的手背支,其起端外径为2.07mm。

MICROSURGICAL ANATOMY OF THE DORSAL ULNAR FLAP OF THE HAND

Vessels and nerves of the dorsal ulnar flap of the hand have been studiedin 30 upper limbs of adult cadavers. The chief results are as follows: 1. Thearteries of the dorsal ulnar flap of the hand derive from the dorsal carpalb ranchof the ulnar artery(93. 33%), the dorsal carpal branch of the anterior interosse-ous artery(3.33% ), and other arteries. The calibers of the dorsal carpal branchof the ulnar artery and the anterior interossous artery are 1. 39mm and 1.25mmrespectively. They anastomose each other and distribute over the whole flap.2. The source of cutaneous basilic vein and its tributaries exist in the dorsalulnar flap of the hand. The caliber of the basilic vein is 2.14 mm at level ofthe styloid process of ulnar. 3. The dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve suppliesthis flap and the caliber of its origin is 2.07mm.
