山西省严重出生结构异常患儿筛查及转运模式的探讨

目的 探讨建立山西省区域性严重结构异常患儿筛查、诊断及绿色转运通道的方法,从而降低严重结构异常患儿死亡率,减少致残率,改善预后.方法 以山西省三级妇幼保健网络为基础,在山西省儿童医院与省内具有小儿外科专科医生的6所医院及省内70家基层医院之间建立绿色转运通道.通过主动转运及被动转运两种方式对严重结构异常患儿进行早期诊断及规范化治疗.结果 2006年1月至2009年11月共534例严重结构异常患儿通过门诊收治,124例通过转运收治,其中32例为主动转运,92例为被动转运.转运患儿中,治愈118例（治愈率为95.2%）,家长要求自动出院5例,死亡1例.结论 充分发挥妇幼保健网络的作用,实施严重结构异常患儿的早期诊断、及时转运及规范化治疗,对降低患儿死亡率和致残率具有重要意义.

Exploration of Screening,Dignosis and Transport Pattern of Serious Structure Abnormity in Children in Shanxi Province

Objective To explore the establishment of the regional method of screening,dignosis and transport pattern of serious structure abnormity in children in shanxi Province. Thus,to reduce mortality of serious structure abnormity in children,to decrease maim rate,and to improve prognosis. Methods Based in the three maternity and child care network of shanxi province,the transport passage were established in Shanxi Children Hospital and the basic hospitals （6 hospitals with pediatric surgeon and 70 maternity and child hospitals）. Early dignosis and standardization treatment in the children of serious structure abnormity were carried out. Results 534 patients of serious structure ahnormity were hospitalized by outpatient service,and 124 patients by transport from January 2006 to November 2009.Among 124 patients,32 cases were hospitalized by initiative transport,92 cases by passive transport.Among them,118 cases were cured （cure rate were 95.2%）,5 cases were abandoned by his （or her ）parents,1 case were died. Conelutions To bring into full play the role of the three maternity and child care network,to carry out early dignosis,transport and standardization treatment are significant in reducing mortality and decreasing maim rate of serious structure abnormity in children.
