银屑病患者生活质量影响因素分析及干预对策

目的 探讨银屑病患者生活质量的影响因素及护理干预对策.方法 采用银屑病患者皮肤病生活质量指数调查表和一般情况调查表,对327例银屑病患者进行调查.以DLQI总评分作为因变量,以一般情况调查表中14项预测影响因素为自变量,进行多元逐步回归分析,筛选生存质量的主要影响因素.结果 银屑病患者DLQI各值均低于健康对照组（P＜0.01）,且疾病症状、心理状况、发病次数、经济状况、发病部位面积大小是影响银屑病患者生活质量的主要因素.结论 影响银屑病患者生活质量的有关因素较多,根据调查结果采取有针对性的干预措施,提高患者对疾病知识了解,培养良好的心理社会适应能力,可提高患者的生活质量.

Analysis of influencing factors in the quality of life of psoriatic patients and countermeasure of intervention

Objective To research the influencing factors in the quality of life of psoriatic patients and to investigate the countermeasure of nursing intervention. Methods A total of 327 psoriatic patients were investigated with the questionnaire of the quality of life of psoriatic and the general state of health questionnaire.The DLQI total score was used as the dependent variable, 14 forecast factors in the general questionnaire as independent variable, multiple logistic regression analysis were performed, and the main influencing factors in the quality of life were filtered. Results DLQI of psoriatic was lower than that in healthy control group ( P ＜0. 01 ), and symptoms of the disease, heart condition, disease frequency, economic status, and size of disease site were the main factors affecting the quality of life of psoriatic patients. Conclusions The factors influencing the quality of life of psoriatic are relatively much more, according to the survey results, we should take targeted intervention measures, advance patients knowledge about the disease, and develop good psychosocial adaptation,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
