| 摘 要： | 目的:对中美英三国药典标准比色液的配制方法及不同测定方法所得的颜色参数进行对比,为进口药品检验和进口药品质量标准复核时颜色质量标准的制订提供参考。方法:采用《中国药典》2005版附录收载的目视比较法、紫外分光光度法、色差计法进行测定。结果:中英药典标准比色液之间有相似之处,但与美国药典标准比色液差别较大。

| Abstract: | Objective:The preparations of the reference solutions and the parameters from different determination methods of Color of Solution in ChP,USP and BP were compared,to provide reference for establishing standards in inspecting the imported drugs and in re-inspecting imported drug standards.Methods:The Comparison method by naked eyes,UV Spectrophotometry and Colourimetry methods in ChP 2005 were used.Results:The reference solutions between ChP and BP were similar,but between ChP and USP were different. |
