鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤CT诊断及误诊分析

目的:分析及探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳突状瘤的CT表规及误诊原因。材料与方法:收集15例术后病理证实内翻性乳头状瘤,而术前误诊及诊断明确的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤主要CT表现为单侧鼻腔鼻窦呈匍匐状生长软组织团块,轻到中度强化,可伴有骨质破坏和骨质硬化。结论:严格操作规程,行增强扫描,同时加强对少见征象认识,可提高本病的诊断准确率

CT Diagnosis and Analysis of,Inverted Papilloma

Purpose:To analyse and resrarch the misdiagnostic leason of inverted papilloma of the nose And paeanasal. Materials and Methods:15 patients with inverted papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuse to be Misdiagnosed before the surgeries and patients with unequivocallg diagnosed were analyzed.Results:The CT Finding of inverted papilloma of the nose and paranasal Sinuses were the crawling greowths of soft tissue mass In one of the sides of the nose and paeanasal,there were slight to moderate enhancement and probablv with destruction of bone and osteosclerosis.Conclusion:The rate of CT misdisiagenosis of inverted papilloma in noses and paranasal sinuser can be reduced if we are operatonal recognition to rare symptom.
