摘    要:从有效沟通的实践出发,总结了沟通前的四个明确、沟通中的四个清楚、沟通后的四个回顾和反思的主要做法。有效沟通的实践,融洽了医患关系,减少了医疗纠纷,增强了医院的公信力。

Abstract:Based on the practice of effective communication,the paper summed up the four-definitude before communication,the four-clear during communication and four-review-and-reflect after communication.Practice of effective communication can be harmonious doctor-patient relationship,reduce medical disputes,and enhance the credibility of the hospital.
