摘    要:目的:观察生物流体膜对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效及治愈时间。方法:将住院病人烧伤面积在31%以下者共80例,分为治疗组(40例)、对照组(40例)。治疗组以生物流体膜与无菌纱布均匀混合,平整贴于创面,取半暴露,结合高效宽频电磁波谱辐射治疗机持续辐射治疗。对照组用湿润烧伤膏,取暴露疗法。从用药后病人出现的并发症、创面愈合时间等四个方面进行统计。结果:治疗组出现发热及创面浸润性感染发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间提前,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:生物流体膜具有抗渗出,抑制微生物生长,促进创面愈合等作用,结合辐射治疗,采取相应的创面护理,效果确切。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the healing effect and healing time of the II degree burning injury surface treated with biofluid film.Methods:Divide 80 in-patients whose burns area were below 31% into treatment group(including 40 cases) and control group(including 40 cases).The treatment group injury surface was pasted by biofluid film mixed evenly with aseptic gauze and exposed halfly to air, combined durative radiotherapy with highly effective width frequency electromagnetic spectrum radiotherapeutic instrument. The control group' injury surface was exposed completely to air and treated with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment .The statistics were from complication, healing time of the injury surface and so on which appeared from the in-patients.Results:The treatment group's incidence rate of fever and infiltrative inflammation on the injury surface is obviously below that of control group(p<0.05),and the treatment group's healing time of the injury surface is obviously ahead of that of control group(p<0.02).Conclusion:The biofluid film has the ability of impermeability, suppression microorganism grows, promoting the injured surface to heal and so on the function. And its healing effect is apparent combined durative radiotherapy and suitable nursing of the injury surface.
