指端软组织缺损的急诊修复

目的:在指端修复过程中,如何最大限度地保证指端功能的修复.方法:针对外伤性指端缺损的不同类型,如指腹部缺损,指背部缺损,指侧方缺损等,根据具体情况采用缩短直接缝合,游离植皮,手部皮瓣推移(包括指掌侧推移,指背侧推移,指侧方阶梯推移术)等手术.结果:采用此种方法对外伤性指端端缺损治疗,修复后的手工指在长度、功能、外形等方面效果良好.

Emergency repair of the finger tip soft tissue

Objective: To study how to make the traumatic finger tip to resume its function at its maximum by repairing. Methods: We used defferent operations (direct suture by shortening the traumatic finger, liberation skingrafting, skin flap lapse, etc. ) for defferent types of traumatic finger tip defects (finger pulp defect, finger back defect, finger side defect, etc ) . Result: The repaired finger showed better results in its length,function,external shape.
