血液透析患者社会心理状况相关分析

目的 通过问卷测量分析血液透析患者社会心理状况.方法 选择本院与南京军区上海455医院血液透析中心门诊接受透析的患者105例作为患者组,同期从健康体检人群中选取105例作为对照组.采用症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷和社会支持量表对血液透析患者的社会心理进行分析.结果 血液透析患者组症状自评量表的总均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和其他因子的平均得分显著高于健康对照组; 血液透析组N分明显高于对照组; 血液透析组的社会支持总分及主观支持高于对照组.结论 应对血液透析患者的心理健康状况、个性和社会支持状况进行分析评价,进行合理的干预,以提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量.

Analysis of social psychology in patients with hemodialysis

Aim To investigate the sociopsychologic status through questionnaire measurement in patients with hematodialysis.Methods 105 hematodialysis outpatients from Jiujiang PLA 171 hospital and Shanghai PLA 455 hospital were evaluated.105 healthy people from medical examination were simultaneously selected as normal controls.The social and psychologic status was measured by symptom checklist(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Social Support(SS).Results The average scores of SCL,somatization,suppression-compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychotism and other factors were much higher in patients with hematodialysis.The scores of N,social and subjective support questionnaire were higher in patients than those in normal controls.Conclusion The psychological status,personality and social support in patients with hematodialysis should be evaluated and interfered rationally to improve their therapeutic effect and life quality.
