| Abstract: | BackgroundReflux of duodeno-gastric fluid is a significant problem after esophagectomy with gastric conduit reconstruction. Symptoms may be severe and impact considerably upon the quality of life. Previous studies have suggested that a fundoplication type anastomosis may limit post-esophagectomy reflux. |
