2型糖尿病患者骨密度分析

摘    要:目的研究2型DM患者骨密度的改变.方法应用DEXA测定了173例2型DM患者和101例健康对照组L2~4及股骨近端BMD.结果 (1)65岁以上年龄组的男性2型DM患者L2~4、Neck、Ward's区、Troch的BMD较同龄健康对照组显著降低(P<0.01、P<0.05);55~65岁年龄组L2~4、Ward's区BMD与同龄健康对照组比较也有显著差异(P<0.05).(2)55岁以上的女性2型DM患者L2~4、Neck、Ward's区的BMD较同龄健康对照组显著降低(P<0.01、P<0.05).结论 (1)不同性别、年龄的2型DM患者各部位BMD改变不同.(2)55岁以上年龄组的2型DM患者腰椎、股骨Ward's区BMD降低明显.

Abstract:Objective To invesity the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Dural energy x-ray absorptimetry was used to measure the BMD of lumbar spines (L 2-4 ) and proximal femur in 173 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 101 cases of normal control. Results (1) The BMD of lumbar spines (L 2-4 ) and proximal femur in male patients with type 2 diabetes in the group that is over 65 years was significant lower than that of the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05). There was obvious difference of the BMD of lumbar spines (L 2-4 ) and Ward's triangle between 55-65 year group and the control group with the same age. (2) The BMD of lumbar spines (L 2-4 ), femoral neck and Ward's triangle in female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in over 55 years of age was significant lower than that of the control group with the same age (P< 0.01 ,P<0.05).Conclusions (1) The changes in BMD of above areas in type 2 diabetes mellitus are different. (2) The BMD of lumbar spines (L 2-4 ) and Ward's triangle in diabetic patients in over 55 years of age was significant lower than that of the control group.
