高龄患者54例人工股骨头置换术围手术期的护理

目的探讨高龄患者人工股骨头置换术围手术期的护理措施及效果。方法对惠州市博罗县人民医院2007年10月至2009年10月行人工股骨头置换术高龄患者54例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组54例患者手术出院后,负重时无疼痛,髋关节各方向活动正常,行走有力。经髋关节置换术效果评定,优37例,良13例,差4例。术后平均住院时间为19d,下床时间为6d。未发生护理并发症。结论有效的人工股骨头置换术护理措施,可以避免并发症的发生,保障手术顺利完成,并减少患者术后住院时间及卧床时间。

The Nursing of Perioperative about 54 Cases of Elderly Patients with Hemiarthroplasty

Objective To discuss the care measures and effect of perioperative about elderly patients with hemiarthroplasty. Method People＇s hospital of Boluo, from October 2007 to October 2009, treated by hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients with clinical data of 54 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Result The group of 54 patients discharged from hospital after surgery, when weight-bearing without pain, normal activities of the hip in all directions, walking strong. The effect of total hip arthroplasty evaluation, excellent in 37 cases, good in 13 cases and poor in 4 patients. The mean hospitalization time was 19d, get out of bed time for 6d. Not care complications occurred. Conclusion Hemiarthroplasty and effective nursing measures to prevent the occurrence of complications to ensure the successful completion of surgery, and reduce the postoperative hospitalization time and bed time.
