非细菌性前列腺炎与精子顶体酶活性的相关性及其在不育中的意义

目的观察非细菌性前列腺炎对精子顶体酶活性及精液参数的影响,并探讨其在男性不育中的意义。方法检测100例男性不育合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者(观察组)及42例正常生育男性(对照组)的精液参数及精子顶体酶活性并进行对比分析。结果观察组前列腺炎患者精子顶体酶活性、活精子率及a b级精子百分率与对照组相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),而精液pH、密度及畸形率两组间差异无显著性。结论非细菌性前列腺炎可以通过改变精液质量,降低精子活力及受精能力而导致不育。

Analysis the relationship between the acrosin activity and chronic abacterrial prostatitis and the effect of male infertility

Objective To observition the relationship between semen quality and sperm acrosin activity and chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP) in male infertility.Methods The levels of semen quality and sperm acrosin activity were detected in 100 cases of male infertility with CAP as observation group,and 42 healthy males as contronl group,using the semen quality and sperm acrosin in infertility with CAP compare with the healthy male group.Results The observation group and the contronl group differed significanty in sermen acrosin activity,ejeculate volume,motive sperm rate and percentage of(a b) sperm(P<0.01).There were not significant in semen pH,sperm density and morphology.Conclusion CAP can lead to infertility by decrease the sperm acrosin activity,sermen volume and motive of grade(a b) percentage of sperm.
