经尿道部分汽化电切治疗高危前列腺增生症32例

目的探讨经尿道部分前列腺汽化电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症的疗效。方法回顾性分析32例高危前列腺增生症患者经尿道部分前列腺汽化电切术治疗的临床资料。结果29例术后痊愈,3例术后发生并发症(9．4％),均经处理而恢复。结论前列腺增生症合并心、肺、肝、肾疾病或高血压、脑血管意外,糖尿病时,开放手术危险性大,经尿道部分前列腺汽化电切术是理想的选择。

Transurethral vaporization of prostate by low-weight for treatment of benign prostate hypertrophy patients at high risk (Report of 32 cases)

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral vaporization of prostate by low - weight of BPH patients at high risk.Methods The clinic data of 32 BPH cases of high risk patients by low - weight transurethral vaporization of prostate were analysed retrospectively. Results 29cases recovered, 3 cases with complications (9.4%)healed after treatment.Conclusion It is dangerous to do the general operation on the BPH patients who suffered from the complications of heart, lung, liver, kidney disorders, as well as hypertension, stroke, diabetes.So low - weight transurethral vaporization of prostate is the ideal choice.
