根尖片数字化X线摄影和传统X线摄影在根管治疗中应用比较

目的:比较数字化X线摄影和传统X线摄影在根管治疗中的临床应用效果.方法:采用ODIS-I口腔数字化摄影设备及传统X线摄影对185例根管治疗后的患者分别拍摄数字化牙片和传统胶片,比较两种根尖片的准确度及根尖清晰度.结果:两种根尖片的准确度及根尖清晰度上均无统计学差异(P＞0.05),仅在上颌尖牙和上磨牙的根尖清晰度上有统计学差异(P＜0.05).数字化牙片可迅速、准确地了解根管预备、根管长度及根管充填情况,优于传统牙片.结论:根尖片数字化X线摄影可对根管充填的结果做出明确判断,其方便快捷的特点及图像的后处理功能明显优于传统牙片.

Comparison of digital periapical film and conventional periapical film in root canal therapy

Objective:To compare the effect and clinic application of digital periapical radiography and conventional periapical radiography in the root canal therapy.Methods:One hundred and eighty-five teeth(160 patients)were taken digital periapical film with ODIS-I stomatology digital radiographic system and conventional periapical film after root canal therapy to compare the accuracy of periapical film and the clarity of root apex satisfaction.Results:There were no statistical difference between them in the accuracy of periapical film and the clarity of root apex(P>0.05).There was statistical difference between them in the clarity of root apex at upper canineteeth and maxillary mollars(P<0.05).Digital periapical film can quick understand the root canal preparation,root canal length and root canal filling accurately,surpassing conventional periapical film.Conclusion:Digital periapical radiography can determine clearly the effect of root canal filling and the digital periapical radiography is better than the conventional periapical radiography in its conventional,fast characteristics and picture management.
