江苏省医疗纠纷情况的调查和思考

1997年,对江苏省全省医疗纠纷情况进行了调查,得出的结论如下:发生医疗纠纷的主要原因,一是责任心不强,二是技术原因,三是服务态度差,四是医疗意外,五是无理索赔。提出的对策:(1)建议采取措施加大医德医风建设的力度。(2)建议修订《医疗事故处理办法》。(3)建议建立病人医疗安全保险制度。(4)建议进一步做好新闻、公安部门的协调工作。

Medical Tangle Cases: Causes and Preventive Measures

An investigation of the medical tangle cases of the year 1997 in Jiangsu Province classified the causes into five types,ie,insufficient duty sense,technical error,poor service attitude,medical accident,unwarranted demand on indemnity; and put forward constructive suggestions, including(1)more efforts on construction of medical ethics and work-style, (2)revision of Methods for Handling Medical Tangles , (3) establishment of medical safety insurance for patients,and(4)continuous efforts on coordination with the press and the public security department.
